During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to  shipping" button.

Please allow 2 days to process your order. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.  

FLAT RATE SHIPPING  Orders are generally shipped using Clintopia.

Zamakoé offers curbside delivery, [though we usually assist at the buyers discretion to install it in the appropriate room in the home, if possible.]. The Courier will attempt to 📞 half an hour before arrival.

Deliveries take place between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

Standard delivery is 8 - 10 working days. Express delivery is 2 - 4 working days and  incurs a charge.

Standard delivery within the UK is free of charge.

Express delivery incurs a charge which will be stated at checkout. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Zamakoé offers international shipping to the following countries:

All EU countries, Switzerland and Norway.

At this time, Zamakoé does not ship to Asia, Australia, South America and Africa.

Express delivery 2 - 11 working days £175

Standard delivery 2 - 3 weeks £150 

All other Territories

Delivery 2 - 3 weeks at £300

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Zamakoé is not responsible for these  charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. Zamakoé will bear no responsibility on fulfilment delivery targets should customs/government authorities cause any delay.
